Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates (United States)

• Standard shipping — $8.00, or free on qualifying orders. Estimated delivery 7–15 business days.
• Express shipping — $15.00. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days.

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. Delivery estimates start from the ship date, not the order date, and may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

International shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union and selected other countries. Rates and estimates are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to become active. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email xfactory33@gmail.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

Address changes

We can only change the shipping address before the order ships. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
