30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Email xfactory33@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong or damaged items

Inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Compatibility

Every product page lists the trimmer, saw or nailer models the part fits. Please check your model number before ordering. Parts returned because they do not fit an unlisted model are treated as standard returns, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Return address

Approved returns are shipped to our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. The full address is provided in the return instructions email. Because international return shipping can cost more than the part itself, we will often offer a partial or full refund without requiring the item to be sent back — we will tell you which applies when we reply to your return request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and, if approved, refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
